We are committed to providing you a quality warranty experience in a timely manner. We will proactively schedule visits with you to make the minor adjustments and repairs that a new home may require.
A Home Orientation will be conducted just prior to closing to demonstrate the operation of the systems within the home and to walk the home with the builder to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the completed home.
You will be provided phone numbers for direct contact with the service providers' emergency hotlines, should the need arise.
